Lloyd Hillard: North of 60 - "Out of the Blue" 1993

Lloyd Hillard is the co-pilot of a helicopter that makes an emergency landing in Lynx River because the crew have contracted food poisoning.

Lloyd and his companion have to stay in town because the captain is still sick, and they manage to find themselves a bottle of booze. The resulting party includes a girl of 13,the sister of the man who supplied them with their booze.

The accused officers plead guilty and are allowed to return to the US for further disciplinary action. This is not to the liking of the girl's brother who takes a pot shot at them as they are leaving.

The Lieutenant looks particularly hot in his dress uniform.
